Discontinue the usage of active products (retinols, AHAs, BHAs, PHAs, vitamin C, enzymes) 3-5 days before treatment unless instructed otherwise.
Make sure to disclosed all information in consultation forms that must be filled out and signed before each visit.
Make sure you arrive on time, otherwise you will have a shorter service or have to reschedule if past 10 minute grace period.
Please reschedule appointment when you may experience any skin flare ups, sunburns, or sickness.

Make sure to discontinue the usage of active products (retinols, AHAs, BHAs, PHAs, vitamin C, enzymes) 5-7 days before peel unless instructed otherwise.\
Wait at least 2 weeks between laser hair removal, tanning ,microdermabrasion, or waxing.
Stop the use of any photosensitizing medication or prescription topicals at least 2 weeks prior to your treatment.
Wait 6 hours to put any water onto the skin & avoid sweat, heat, and friction.
No actives should be applied to the evening routine. Avoid actives for 5-7 days unless instructed otherwise.
Keep skin hydrated, moisturized, and protected with SPF always.
You will receive personalized home care instructions following end of treatment.

Do not use topical agents that may increase your skin's sensitivity such as retinoids, exfoliants, topical antibiotics, or hydroxy acids 3-5 days prior to the service.
Avoid IPL/Laser procedures for at least 2 weeks prior to the service.
No waxing, depilatory creams, or electrolysis to the area being treated for 5 days prior.
Avoid unprotected sun exposure or sunburn at least one week before the service.
Do not shave the face the day of the procedure to avoid skin irritation.
Keep makeup to a minimum day of the treatment if possible and do not experiment with new products before the service.
Try to avoid excessive sun exposure, such as tanning and sunbathing, for at least 10 days to avoid risk of hyperpigmentation and sensitizing the skin.
Do not apply makeup immediately after the service. Continue to wear SPF 30+ daily.
On the day of your service, gently cleanse your face before bedtime with a gentle cleanser and tepid water.
Use serums and the recommended skincare products per your skin therapists' directions.
Avoid exercise that may cause you to perspire, saunas, and swimming for at least 48 hours after your service.
Avoid immediately using active skin care including AHA/BHAs, exfoliants, Vitamin A, Retinol, etc.) for at least 3 days.
